Enrolment Process and Procedure.

Thank you for your interest in enrolment at St Joseph's School, Waroona. We welcome applicants from both Catholic and non-Catholic families, however, those of non-Catholic origin will, as part of the enrolment process and as with all families, need to agree to support the Catholic ethos and practice of the school.

We want you to be a part of our exciting St Joseph's School Waroona Community. We are accepting enrolments for Kindergarten 2024 and 2025 and all year levels from Kindergarten to Year 6. Further details can be obtained from our office admin@stjoeswaroona.wa.edu.au 

To begin the application process, please download and print the document below. Once completed, it should be sent or delivered, to our school and you will be contacted in due course. If you have any questions, please contact the school on (08) 9782 6500 and we would be happy to assist.

St Joseph's Waroona abides by the enrolment policy of CEWA Ltd. 

Our Enrolment process:

1. Registration
   Please download the Click here to download the Application for Enrolment Form  Submit “Application for Enrolment Form”, supporting documents and email to admin@stjoeswaroona.wa.edu.au  or hand in at our office.
2. Parish Priest Reference Form
   Please download the Parish Priest Reference Form. Only applicable to baptised Catholic students
3. Enrolment Interview/Waitlist
   Please note that lodging an application does not automatically result in enrolment. Class sizes are limited and children may have to be placed on waiting lists. If your application is successful, you will be contacted and invited to attend an interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal before a confirmed place at the College is offered.
4. Submit Student Information Form
   Once we receive your application we will send you a student information form to be completed and submitted with other supporting documentation (including Immunisation History Statement) at or prior to the interview.
5. Offer of Enrolment Position
   When the Principal / Assistant Principal offers you the Enrolment Letter of Offer for your child/ren during the enrolment interview, you know you have been offered a position.
6. Payment of Enrolment Deposit
   The enrolment position is confirmed once the enrolment documents have been signed and returned to the College, and the enrolment deposit of $75 has been paid.
